Optional website analytics
Only after you accept analytics, Google Analytics measures page visits and successfully submitted contact inquiries using cookies and device and referral information. We do not send your form contents, email address, URL query strings or fragments to Analytics, and advertising personalization is disabled. Google processes this measurement data. Your choice is stored on this device for up to 180 days. Use Privacy choices at any time to decline or withdraw consent; declining does not affect the website or contact forms. Analytics therefore does not count every visitor or inquiry.
What we collect
When you send a project brief, we receive the information you type into the form (name, email, organization, website, your message and optional details). If you subscribe to Mindexus Insights, we collect your email address and subscription choice. We do not use advertising trackers.
How we use it
We use project-brief details to reply and prepare a useful next step. We use newsletter details only to manage and send Mindexus Insights. We do not sell your details. Resend processes email delivery and subscription preferences for us.
Retention
Briefs are kept as long as the conversation is active and deleted on request. Unsubscribing stops newsletter emails. We may retain a minimal unsubscribe record to honor your choice. You can contact us to request deletion of your details.
Your rights
Under Québec’s Law 25 you may ask what we hold about you, request a correction or deletion. Write to us at the contact address in the footer.
