Turn field notes into a service visit report.
Organize notes from a service visit into a draft the technician can check.
A draft listing reported work, mentioned parts, outstanding items and questions for review.
What you need
Approved notes for one visit, its work-order ID, recorded parts and times, and your report template. Remove unnecessary personal data and check permission to use the assistant. This pilot uses an export; native Field Service features have separate access and language requirements. The mobile update feature described by Microsoft is a preview.
Getting started
- Choose one visit and give each note, parts list and time record a reference.
- Request a referenced draft separating reported work, planned follow-up and missing information.
- Have the technician check every section and approve the report before anyone records or sends it.
What you can measure during a pilot
Information quality, missed actions and preparation time.
